You’ll only see bookings related to the upcoming service period. Tap “Save Booking”, then make any changes to guests or payments.</li></ol><blockquote>Creating a booking will trigger a confirmation via email or SMS. Communication preferences can be managed in the CMS.</blockquote></li><li>ACTIVATE ROSTERED STAFF MEMBERS To manage access and ensure system security, activate users at the start of their shift and deactivate them when they’re rostered off.To activate users:<ol class="steps-list"><li>Go to the Tables tab.</li><li>Tap the Settings button in the top-right corner.</li><li>Find the users and toggle them to “Active”.</li></ol>Follow the same steps to deactivate users.<blockquote>While deactivated, users will not have access to any DQ Pro app functionality.</blockquote>⚠️ Security warning: It may take up to 15 minutes for access to be revoked after a user is disabled.</li><li>ASSIGN STAFF TO TABLESAssign staff to tables so they’re aware of their responsibilities and booking statuses.<a href="https://help.getdqd.com/operations/floor/night-setup#to-assign-staff%3A" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="cursor-pointer box-border font-semibold border-b hover:border-b-[2px] border-[rgb(24,189,202)] transition-all duration-75" style="text-decoration: none; color: inherit;">​</a>To assign staff:<ol class="steps-list"><li>Go to the Tables tab.</li><li>Tap the clipboard icon in the top-right corner.</li><li>Tap the “+” button next to the desired table and select a staff member.</li><li>To remove an assignment, tap on the staff member’s name.</li></ol><blockquote>Assigned staff will receive a notification in the DQ Pro app.</blockquote></li></ol>
